Our Home Instead Senior Care office is looking for a dynamic individual to join our administrative team as a full-time HR Assistant with a focus on training our CAREGivers on how to be the industry's best! Your job will be to lead and motivate others.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a team-oriented, determined doer who wants to work in an open environment with a company known for professionalism and integrity. We are a growing company and future advancement is likely for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
Fielding inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and scheduling client appointments or interviews
Conducting core Home Instead training, in-person, classroom style
Conducting our Home Instead Personal Care training
Assisting other staff members as needed
The successful applicant should:
Have excellent written and oral communication skills (you'll be doing lots of talking to people!)
Be able to use standard office software applications, such as Microsoft Office, as well as be open to learning new software packages
Have at least one year professional experience
In addition, a college degree is a PLUS, as is relevant experience in human resource processes. To be considered, please respond to this post and attach your resume and cover letter.
