JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking a Receptionist II for a contract opportunity in New York, NY with our partner, one of the leading providers of title insurance, mortgage and diversified services.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors.
  • Route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has working knowledge of common computer applications including Microsoft Word
  • Experience in escrow/title industry is desired

Additional Information

  • 1 W, 5 D contract (40 hours)
  • 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
