A large health care provider in downtown Chicago is seeking experienced health care professionals to join their Central Registration team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of healthcare insurance experience
- 6+ months of EPIC software experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Essential Duties:
- answering high-volume incoming calls from patients regarding the medical needs of children
- providing excellent customer service skills
- collecting data on new and existing patients
- generating and maintaining patient medical records in EPIC
- transferring phone calls to insurance verification team
