Marketing Administrative Assistant - 160006LP Job Office and Administrative Support Primary Location United States-MA-MABoston Organization Corporate (Network) The MENTOR Network seeks a dynamic, self-directed professional to administer the company’s internal online print and promotional storefront, referred to as the Marketing Store. Network staff from across the country utilize the Marketing Store to order a range of custom and template-based materials. The Marketing Support Administrator will manage orders through the online Marketing Store from inception through delivery. He or she will process orders, assure delivery schedules and quality, and act as a liaison between users and the vendor, providing excellent customer service to users. The Marketing Support Administrator will report to The Network’s External Affairs Manager as part of the Public Strategy Group. Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing product ordering process: working with users to determine options that best meet marketing objectives; assisting users with order submission process as needed; vetting options for price and quality; proofing design files and submitting to vendor in accordance with project timeline; and quality checking vendor proofs. Tracking status of orders, frequently following up with vendor, and communicating status updates to users as needed. Participating in routine calls with vendor to keep abreast of orders, store updates, changes, etc. Facilitating resolution of technical issues with vendor. Auditing print samples for quality assurance. Fulfilling basic user requests (e.g., providing logos, photos, electronic stationery, etc.) Working with HR and internal communications teams to facilitate corporate mailings. Performing additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum three years of related experience. Strong organization, communication, and interfacing skills. Detail-oriented and confident in following up multiple times with vendor to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude for software. Interest in or experience with design software (e.g., InDesign) preferred though not required.
