REM Arrowhead is seeking Life Skills Trainers to provide training, assistance and supervision to MENTOR Group participants in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential & community settings. Assists with medical supervision. Facilitates working relationships between community employers and MENTOR Group participants. Cooperate with MENTOR and any state Department of Human Service staff in any inspection or investigation. Qualifications Requirements : Must be 18 years of age Valid driver’s license from state of residence Successful clearance of local and /or state background checks Founded in 1980, The MENTOR Network is a national network of local human services providers offering an array of quality, community-based services in more than 30 states to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain and spinal cord injuries and other catastrophic injuries and illnesses, and to youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges as well as their families.
