Description As a Therapist , you will assess the ongoing need for therapeutic services, coordinate services provided, and ensure the quality of care delivered. Reporting to a Program Director, provide case management reviews and clinical oversight of therapeutic and other services. Conduct Individual and Family Therapy. Support the development and implementation of service plans. Monitor adherence to treatment plans. Participate in the review and matching of new clients. Review placement disruptions, internal movement of clients and on-call activity. Investigate internal incidents as required. Regularly review clients’ records to monitor home visits, maintain quality of documentation and ensure compliance. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Human Service field One year experience working with At Risk Youth population A passion for our mission and a commitment to quality services for children Experience working with individuals affected by traumatic experiences preferred PA Mentor offers compensation for CEUS towards your licensure or to maintain licensure.
