Sales Executive

An electrical distribution transformer company in beautiful Western Colorado seeks a full-time, self-motivated sales executive for remanufactured and new transformers. Successful candidate will have sales experience, be a team player with excellent communication skills on the phone and in person, fluent with Microsoft Office, ability to seek out new customers with inside and outside sale calls.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Generate and qualify leads
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
• Prepare quotes and process PO’s
• Ability to travel to visit with new and existing customers

Requirements:

• 1-3 years sales experience; transformer sales experience a plus
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Customer service focus
• High school degree; BS degree a plus
• Valid drivers license
