Therefore, we are seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with a proven success as an Imaging Service Technician 1. Sodexo's Imaging Service Technician 1 professionals have:

 

• experience with repairing or maintaining clinical devices;

• experience in healthcare facilities or settings;

• experience working with Microsoft Excel or a compatible program;

• experience with troubleshooting and repair;

• great communication skills;

• strong time management skills;

• experience with any of the following equipment: DiCom, Siemens, Toshiba, Philips, GE Healthcare, XRay, Ultrasound, C-Arm, Cat Scan, MRI/CT, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, Wet or Dry Processor, General RF, Clinical Asset Management, Accelerators; and

• an associates or bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging Technology.

Under relatively close supervision of the General Manager, Clinical Technology Management (CTM) and other senior technicians, inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate all types of basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, system, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development. Participate in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements. The IMAGING SERVICE TECHNICIAN I will work toward status of a IMAGING SERVICE TECHNICIAN II by attaining ability to independently complete all assigned tasks and acquire competency on a broader range of more sophisticated imaging and therapeutic devices and systems.

 

 

Basic Education Requirement -Associates Degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or related field.
