Aerotek is looking for candidates with the following:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Heavy Phone interactions (inbound and outbound calls)
- Previous Call Center experience
- Health Insurance background preferred
The candidate would be contacting patients, doctors, and sales representatives in regards to medical coverage and benefits. We are looking for someone who can be sympathetic and empathetic speaking to patients along with great communication skills. Previous experience providing exceptional customer service to customers and resolving any issues in a timely and accurate manner is preferred.
We have different shifts available and looking for candidates to start immediately.
