A Maggie McFly's Manager is an individual who delegates responsibilities to supervisors, bartenders, servers, and support staff members during a work week. The Manager assists the Assistant General Manager and General Manager in obtaining a productive and profitable business. Managers are under the supervision of the Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Regional Manager.
The main responsibilities of the manager are to maintain a productive working environment for staff members, guest satisfaction, as well as handling guest complaints. They are responsible for assisting their superiors in maintaining Food Costs, Liquor Costs, and Labor Costs. Managers are also responsible for making sure the restaurant is prepared for the daily operations as well as maintaining facility standards.
