Position Description
- Organize daily operations
- Manage a crew of 10-20
- Hire, train and evaluate
- Schedule
- Purchase from suppliers
- Promote the business
- Increase sales and profitability
- Communicate with/take direction from owners
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years food service management
- Outstanding business and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with all employees
- Excellent coaching skills
- Must be great motivator
- Ability to manage fast paced environment
