About this job
Currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager. This person will be working out in the field anywhere from 10-30% of the time. The other 70-90% of the time they will be working in house at an office location. The majority of projects will be located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma and Colorodo. The office location can vary, but ideally if they were local to the Fox Valley area that would be preferred. In the role this person will be overseeing upwards of 1-4 projects. The project manager will be working on new construction projects that could range from industrial and manufacturing construction to structural work, as well as potentially some civil site work. The projects will vary based on clients needs. In the beginning phases of each project they will be working with clients, design team, as well as site management. They will be managing projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in industrial/commercial construction industry
5+ years' experience in a construction project management role
Experience working in a full cycle design through finished construction environment
Valid Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Plus:
Construction Management Degree (bachelors or associates)
Millwright experience
Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Mission Critical/Critical Technology, (data centers, generator installs), machine installs, and projects with complex mechanical, electrical and other building systems
