Responsibilities

  • Engages with 60-100 customers daily
  • Prioritizes customer demands and needs across email, chat and telephone channels
  • Concise and articulate in speech and writing; enjoys wordsmithing customer correspondence

  • Cultivates ongoing customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service

Work Environment:

Candidates will be working for a new call center coming to san antonio.

There are 2 positions: they need 4 people for inbound sales (schedule M-F 9am to 6pm). and 13 people for inbound customer service to support a new product launch (schedule will range from 6am to 6pm - candidates must be available for a shift anywhere in this timeframe)

Qualifications:

Must Haves:
- minimum 1 year customer service experience
- HS Diploma/GED

Preferred
Call Center Experience
Salesforce experience


Qualifications

  • Must be a confident communicator and be able to build rapport and relationships with ease
  • Must have a genuine interest in people and concern for customers
    have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Can shift modes easily and interact with all walks of life
  • Proficient using helpdesk software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
