WorkSquare is now Hiring an Air Specialist .This is a Temp to Hire Position.
Requirements for this positions:
* Preparation of Daily Shipments, planning the best logistic route
(bookings with airlines, completion of AWB and direct communication with warehouse personnel about shipments, priorities etc)
* Notification to Customers via e-mail, responsible for monitoring shipments and keeping customer updated
* Monitoring and answering inquiries received via e-mail and telephone
* Preparation of re-deliveries (door-to-door service,markets, set up couriers and appointments, closely monitoring all the way through until completion
* Invoicing next working day.
* Flexibility covering vacation or time off for others, open to working extended hours during high season-holidays ex: Valentine's and Mother's day.
* Team player and open communication a must..
