General Manager - Full-time

We are a 7000 sqft indoor restaurant with a 20,000 sqft outdoor area that includes band stand, patio bar area, AstroTurf playground. We do breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a Manager your job includes:

• Monitoring all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and customer service
• Reviewing documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations
• Communicating with Team Members, Guests, vendors, and concept personnel for various needs
• Interviewing for job openings, scheduling
