Job Overview:
- Provide operational support to our Digital Merchant and Omni Buying teams through data entry, administrative support and acting as a point of contact for our Vendor community.
Essential Functions:
- Learn and become proficient in relevant Merchant systems. Ability to quickly learn and apply in-house business applications
- Create and generate spreadsheets or reports that will assist in the recapping of overall business
- Ownership of all data entry responsibilities and data maintenance including purchase orders for Digital and Omni Merchants, POS, and daily sales information
- Acquiring samples from vendors, processing through the Loan Room, and delivering to the appropriate parties
- Maintaining vendor contact information, and acting as a point person for selling information
- Tracking logistics of merchandise to ensure timely deliveries, troubleshooting shipment issues
- Read and interpret advertising prep sheets and recap event performance
- Provide general administrative support as assigned
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- Experience in an administrative corporate office environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
