Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelors preferred
- Outside sales experience highly preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly Organized
- Quick learner
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Enjoy being part of a positive, goals-based working environment
- Valid CA driver’s license
- No felony convictions
Responsibilities:
- Sell monthly services and equipment to current and prospective customers through canvassing door to door. (territories will be assigned)
- Effective pipeline management and follow up with leads.
- Handling customer service/client retention phone calls and emails.
- Develop customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Lead generation (some lead generation is provided)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Many of our reps earn $80,000-$100,000+ per year with top reps earning upwards of $250,000
