Unit Description

Sodexo's Health Care Division is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial  Operations Manager 3 to oversee Environmental / Custodial Services for an estimated 300 bed facility located in Baltimore and Washington DC area, that will support the  ES business.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven leadership skills, previous experience in custodial/housekeeping, have an understanding of regulatory guidelines and maintain flexibility in work hours and be able to train / mentor/ motivate hourly staff. The ideal candidate for this position will also have strong client/employee relationship-building skills and possess the ability to manage direct reports, handle multiple priorities, quickly grasp situations and logically progress through solutions, the ability to refine systems ensuring sustained effort of achieving standards, follow through and visibility within the facility.

 

This position is for a proposed sale of a highly complex and large inner city system.  the Operations Manager position is the number trwo leadership role in these accounts.  For individual to be considered, they must have 5 to 10 years of environmental service leadership experience wiht a proven track record in driving performance based results around HCAHPS, Client Satisfaction and Overall Cleanliness.  Qualified candidates should be wihtin a year of being prepared to become a General Manager of Her/His own facilty.

Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.

 

Qualifications & Requirements
