Responsibilities:

• Merchandise preparation

• Unpack trailer merchandise and store merchandise

• Assist with scanning as needed

• Prep daily pick-up merchandise and next day’s deliveries

• Assist Warehouse Leader with Quality Assurance

• Pull merchandise from stock and stage it for delivery

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Customer service oriented that exceeds customer's expectations
• Must be willing to submit to physical capability test
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Ability to write simple correspondence

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Assist with staging furniture for customers

• Team with HFC (sales) and to resolve delivery issues

• Follow safety guidelines
