Job Description
All company representatives must have excellent customer service skills to work with clientele over the phone. Customer Care Representatives will be taking in bound customer calls. CSR will be taking calls in regard to stoves, heaters and furnaces. CSR will be trained to troubleshoot issues with customer over the phone.
Job Requirements
Positions require at least 2 years experience within customer service. A solid verifiable work history is a must. All candidates must have experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel. The flexibility to work any hours between 8 AM and 11PM. Some Saturdays and Sundays may be required.
Job Length and Salary
Positions are temporary to full time if the person has excellent attendance and job performance. Positions start at $10.50 - 12 per hour. Bi-lingual CSR’S start at $13 per hour
