We have an outstanding opportunity to work for a fast - growing national infusion therapy / specialty pharmacy organization, and are seeking a Contracts Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in either home infusion, managed care, healthcare delivery, or related legal / paralegal contracting.  
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Types needed reports, correspondence and other documents
Maintain payer contract files and related database
Track contract status, pending or rejected and organize electronic files
Provide direct support for EVP Payer Relations & Contracting and Contract Analyst
Contract credentialing for all pharmacies - fill out and process date - sensitive incoming credentialing requests, contracts and contract amendments as requested
Process vendor and / or third party pharmacy documentation for appropriate signatures
Send via requested method of delivery; scan executed document and file electronic copy
Attends designated departmental and branch meetings as scheduled
Performs other tasks or duties as requested
Provide input regarding strategic direction as well as tactical solutions for how we best serve our patients
Employ excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage expectations 
Communicate effectively with strategic business units and their staff, both one - on - one and in group settings

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated skill in composition, grammar, and spelling
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Access)
Focus on detail and accuracy
Excellent telephone etiquette
Possess good organizational and time - management skills
Effective communication skills with other staff members and outside organizations or persons
Possess the initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal directions
Dependable in attendance and job performance
Ability to meet attendance, overtime, on - call, and other reliability requirements of the job
Minimum of two years working within the industry and working with contracts and credentialing
Preferred Qualifications:  

Paralegal with healthcare or pharmacy experience
Knowledge of medical and / or health insurance terminology
