About this job
Seeking a Medical Technologist with 1+ years' experience and a current ASCP Certification to join our team. Majority of responsibilities will be in Hematology with some support functions in Chemistry. Join one of the most recognized medical organizations in the country!
Duties:
-focus of position is on Hematology and Chemistry and job will be tailored to candidate's strengths
-run analyzers in chemistry lab
-run differentials in hematology lab
-prioritize work in order to run STAT tests first
-talk to physicians and nurses to clarify testing and test results
-record laboratory information in systems
