Scheduler - Customer Service Representative - $13.50/hr - Full-time / Part-time

Top 3-5 Must Haves:
1. Customer Service Experience: must be able to work with customers in a fast paced phone environment
2. Call Center - call center experience preferred
3. Communication and Articulation - will be coordinating with high level customers via email and phone

Client Job Description:

• coordinating with customer of William Somona who have made recent purchases and are looking to schedule their delivery time
• communication via email
• complete follow up calls as neede
• take inbound calls to schedule deliveries

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Saturday
• 8am - 4:30pm

Performance Measurements / Duties:

• 110 orders taken per day
• Working with customers who have taken recent orders
• Scheduling shipments
• Open call center environment
• Retail Based
• Casual Dress code (closed shoes required)
• Potential growth into lead positions

Pay:

• 13.50/hr
