Client Job Description:

  • coordinating with customer of William Somona who have made recent purchases and are looking to schedule their delivery time
  • communication via email
  • complete follow up calls as neede
  • take inbound calls to schedule deliveries

Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • 8am - 4:30pm

Performance Measurements / Duties:

  • 110 orders taken per day
  • Working with customers who have taken recent orders
  • Scheduling shipments
  • Open call center environment
  • Retail Based
  • Casual Dress code (closed shoes required)
  • Potential growth into lead positions

Pay:

  • 13.50/hr
