Customer Service Representative I

Valvoline is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound phone, chat, email, survey and social media monitoring.
• Ticket documentation, reporting and incident tracking.

*This position is located in Lexington, KY.

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
