Description: A Concierge with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for greeting customers, check them in and out and respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc.

What will I be doing?

As a Concierge, you would be responsible for greeting customers, check them in and out and respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc. The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience that reflects the reputation and style of the Hilton brand. Answers calls from guests who have booked packages to make date changes and responds to questions concerning their upcoming vacation. Works at the resort to help direct and assist guests on the day of their tour.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.  Must be self-motivated and able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week including regular weekend responsibilities. A polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude and the ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner are equally essential. Vacation ownership experience a plus.
