Compounder

Utilize automated equipment to load various raw materials into machines to manufacture semi-finalized or finalized product (pre weighed, pre mixed).
Gather raw material drums, connect hose to drums, pull material out of drum, place in machine hopper.
Attend automated machinery via touch screen while raw materials is being mixed, blended, batched together.
Perform this process between 4-5 machines simultaneously.
Manually introduce raw material into main vessel through vacuum system.
Document inventory through process utilzing WMS (warehouse management system, similar to SAP).
Transfer semi finished product from main vessel to tote tank.
Manually lift drums through out day (up to 100 lbs), bags (50 lbs). Push/roll some drums (200 lbs).
Responsible for manual additions throughout the day to each machine hopper.
Label manufactured products accurately.
