Aerotek is seeking Customer Service reps for a large call center in South Reno.

As Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to a high volume (approximately 50-100) of customer calls providing support in the areas of general billing, retention, sales and support.

The ideal candidate will be action oriented, customer focused, a quick learner, and able to build peer relationships to work effectively as a member of a team. A minimum of 6 months customer service/call center experience is preferred.
