We provide an extensive, hands-on Paid Training Program with experienced professionals to guide you to success. Our Brand Ambassadors receive a Competitive Hourly Pay Rate of $10.00 per hour with potential to earn up to an additional $200 per week in commissions -- so the better you execute, the more you make!

Our successful Ambassadors are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit. No previous experienced is required, but experience with assisted sales in the retail channel is a big plus! Qualified candidates must have stellar communication skills and the ability to engage with consumers in a fast-paced environment focused on winning for our client. We provide the best leadership and support platform in the industry, so success is yours to grab!
The SalesMakers Brand Ambassador will:
- Substantially increase sales at the location that you oversee
- Build a great relationship at the store level with associates and store management that increases our client’s brand presence and sales
- Work daily with your sales coach to improve your skills, meet key objectives and maximize your earnings
Qualifications
- Must possess an outgoing personality with a passion for our clients
- Ability to start a conversation with anyone
- Experience working with any of the national big-box retailers is a plus
- Independent and motivated team player, have an entrepreneur spirit
- Goal oriented and driven to succeed
- Tech savvy--must be able to operate a minimum of 4 different apps on your Smartphone at once
- Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, display tables, etc.
Requirements
- You are available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- You can pass a background check and drug screening
- You are 18+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent
- You are legally permitted to work in the US
- You have your own vehicle or reliable transportation
- You have your own smartphone with a minimum of 2 GB of data
- Have access to a computer or large tablet to complete a virtual interview and paid training.
