This individual must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to make sound decisions in a timely and confident manner.
Starting Pay - $10 - $12 an hour Responsibilities

- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner
- Conduct reference, criminal background and DMV checks on applicants
- Schedule and execute trainings and caregiver meetings
- Maintain all Caregiver folders in accordance to State and Home Instead Standards
- Experience in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with computer required
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
- US Citizen
