a .NET Applications Developer, you will be predominantly involved in
developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing
software applications. You will be a primary contributor in designing,
coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of
applications consistent with established specifications and business

Primary Responsibilities:  

Design, implement and maintain Java applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes
Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA
Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
Identify production and non-production application issues
Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of Java developed projects
Provide technical support and consultation for Java application and infrastructure questions
Serve as a mentor to less experienced developers
Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution
Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Conduct peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
Work with the Service Manager in process improvement initiatives as directed by the service
Positions
in this function are predominantly involved in developing business

Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging,
documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with
established specifications and business requirements to deliver business
value.The main focus will be on critical programs, such as ICUE
Core Clinical Integration Acceleration (CIA), Consumer Dashboard, and
AARP Ship Eligibility Programs where Integration/Web Services are
required.
Positions in this function are predominantly
involved in developing business solutions by creating new and modifying
existing software applications. Primary contributor in designing,
coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of
applications consistent with established specifications and business
requirements to deliver business value. Employees in jobs labeled with
(SCA) must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree or Higher or a High School Diploma/GED and 3 + years of Developing experience
1+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
Previous experience working with Java
Healthcare Industry experience
Experience with Java (JDK 1.5+) and Spring
Preferred Qualifications:
Groovy experience

CXF Web Services experience
