Responsibilities:
- Performing requested repair work in a productive & efficient manner in accordance with dealership policies.
- Repairing vehicles under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Test to check whether systems & components are secure & in proper working order
- Maintain efficiency & accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
- Providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED - ASE Certification preferred
- Must have at least 1 years of experience minimum to be considered
- Ability to identify the problem(s) quickly
- Must be computer literate & friendly
- Must have a valid driver's license and provide management with a DMV Drivers Abstract
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Ability to learn new technology & repair, service procedures and specifications
- Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Centric Service Skills
- Ensures Customer Vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect
- Must be a helpful Team Player
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feed for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment
