Immediate direct hire opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor with our client in the Edgewood, MD area! We are seeking candidates with a minimum of four years experience as a Production or Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, or similiar operations leadership experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
The responsibilities of the Manufacturing Supervisor include:
Supervise all manufacturing operations
Ensure the quality, cost, and planning of production
Ensure a safe working environment
Lead continuous improvement projects
Support all production processes including planning and forecasting
Employee hiring and training
Control expenses and budget planning
