Scheduling Coordinator
Our Scheduling Coordinators are expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties within a fast paced office setting. Home Instead Senior Care of Minneapolis offers a vibrant and ever changing office environment which prides itself in providing quality home care services to members in our communities. We are seeking to add someone who is a good communicator, detail oriented, and most of personable!

Primary Responsibilities
Ability to listen effectively and offer support to CAREgivers in the field
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Communicate client and CAREgiver concerns to appropriate key players
Manage scheduling of clients and CAREgivers resulting effective utilization of staff
Assist with invoicing and mailing of client billing as delegated
Participate in weekly key player meetings.
Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are upheld
Participate in on call duties as required
Secondary Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills
Possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team to meet deadlines
Demonstrate discretion, integrity and maintain confidentiality consistent with Home Instead Senior Care standards, policy and expectations
Ability to organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly work. Be time efficient.
Be proficient in Office, Excel, use of various online skills
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma
One year of office experience
Equivalent work experience may be considered
Must possess a Driver's License
Successfully pass background study
