Service Systems Associates is hiring for Banquet Servers at the Denver Zoo!

Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing quick and efficient service to guests of catered events, banquets and birthday parties.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Event setup/breakdown
• Buffet setting, table setting, full-service as needed
• Serve food and beverages, both hot and cold
• Check and stock supplies in buffet areas/display areas
• Inform kitchen staff when frontline food quantities are low
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and be able to relay information to guests
• Complete other duties as requested.
• Bus tables as needed

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excel in customer service
• Diligent and organized cash handling skills (for cashiers)
• Must have Internet access

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServSafe Alcohol certification
• Previous customer service & food industry experience

Wage: Competitive based on experience

Minimum working age - 16 years old
