Job Description & Qualifications:
Job Summary
Responsible for carrying out the area directives with regards to policy, procedures and training.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoots with branches on operational issues and comes up with solutions to issues.
- Works with Branch Managers, Operations Specialists, Purchasing Managers, RHRM and Regional Directors to ensure policies and procedures are followed and enforced. Conducts follow-up visits to branches whenever necessary to ensure that policies and procedures that have been put into place are being followed.
- Works with Regional Purchasing to reduce excess and obsolete inventories.
- Trains management of new locations or acquisitions within the region on the policies, procedures and operations.
- Provides training to management on P&L statements, budgets, and daily routines and reports.
- Works with branch managers to identify training needs for associates and provide training resources to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Assists with conversion of new acquisitions in the region as needed.
Nature and Scope
- Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, using a 10-key or calculator, bending or squatting.
- Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes, which may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must pass the Drug Test
- Must pass the Background Check
- Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

- 2 - 4 years related experience.
- PRISM experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
