About this job
Provide customer support (Dealers), sales support, internal support and other operational support as needed for receiving phone calls, written documents, and internal cases for customers in all product groups. Provide escalated call management functions including prompt closure and tracking of complex issues or cases that require mediation, providing solutions that result in customer satisfaction ensures quotas for customer satisfaction, volume, and timeliness are met.
Requirements:
Must have past Call Center Experience
Retention/Escalations exp. A plus +
Able to multi-task
Able to work well under pressure
Good Speaking Voice
Min. High School Diploma
**Must be able to work 3 shifts**
8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10am-7pm.
Mandatory Rotating Saturdays (9am-6pm)
