Become a Customer Service Agent - Join Alorica!

No experience needed! No weekends! Hours vary from 8am-8pm! Overtime offered on a weekly basis!

Alorica is currently seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our valued team of call center agents. Qualified candidates have exceptional communication skills, a fierce drive to succeed, and a genuine passion for helping people to join our team.

INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

You will be taking Inbound Calls from Existing Business customers to answer inquiries, offer recommendations and provide support for client, products or services. You will be expected to create an exceptional customer experience while engaging in needs based dialogue. Interaction with customers is primarily phone-based via incoming calls. Whatever the mode of interaction, you will need to come across with clear, effective verbal skills and a friendly, upbeat style.



Qualifications


  • HS diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass background check
  • Basic keyboarding skills
  • Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required for all positions!
  • Good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • You'll need to prove that you are reliable-we'll be counting on you.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
  • Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position.
