Smashburger in Brick is looking for an Assistant Manager. Some restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Weekends and nights are a must. The Assistant Manager should have a friendly demeanor, courteousness and excellent customer service and be able to run the staff and restaurant when the General Manager is not on duty. The Assistant Manager is part of the team to ensure a great dining experience which will include front of the house assistance and being able to jump in and help the back of the house as well. The Assistant Manager should also help keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and help to foster a fun and pleasant working environment.
