About this job

Assist in growing store sales as a hands on manager and leading other team members to create an excellent customer experience.Ensure fast and friendly service, monitor inventory, cost control, and maintain safe and clean store environment.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Training, direction and development of employees
  • Provide job performance evaluations
  • Schedule staff
  • Reconcile and balance cash drawers at end of shift
  • Comply with federal and state employment and safety regulations
  • Ensure food quality
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness including sanitizing all food surface areas, sweeping, emptying trash, and any other areas that need attention to maintain clean store
  • Provide great experience for all customers
  • Handle all customer concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Ensure all phone and catering orders meet or exceed customer expectations

 

Requirements:

 

  • Reliable - must be at work on scheduled days and on time
  • Ability to learn and become an expert on menu items and products offered at restaurant
  • Must be able to work efficiently in fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
  • Must work well with other team members
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Management/Supervisor experience preferred, but not necessary.Will train the right person.
  • Food Serve Safe Certificate will be required within 60 days of employment
  • Retail experience required
