Dishwasher - Full-time / Part-time

General Purpose:
The dish machine operator is expected to keep the entire operation supplied at all times with clean and sanitized dishware, utensils, pots and pans.

Essential (primary) Functions:
The primary responsibility of the dish machine operator is to supply the entire operation with clean and sanitized dishware, pots, pans, and utensils while utilizing the dish machine and three compartment sink. Monitoring temperatures, chemicals, transferring clean/sanitized dishware and utensils to the appropriate stations, removing trash, maintaining cleanliness, uniform, safety, security and company standards are essential to the successful operation of this position.

Secondary Functions:
Any and all other tasks assigned
