Railcar Maintenance Supervisor - Full-time

Assure the safe performance of duties by their employees in accordance with safety policies. Instruct and train employees in the proper inspection and repair of railcars in compliance with Company and industry standards. Foster positive employee relations and ensure conformance to Human Resource policy and procedures. Maintain efficient and productive operation in accordance with Company goals. Control expenses related to operations and distribution of labor. Serve as local liaison to host railroad, AAR and FRA.
Required experience:
• Supervisory: 3 years
Required license or certification:
• Drivers License
*Must have a strong mechanical background with Supervisory experience. Railroad experience is preferred but not required. Base salary plus fully paid benefits and bonus eligible!
