Our Sandwich Shop Managers:
* Act as business owners of their stores with built-in structure and support
* Demand high standards of themselves and their staff

Job responsibilities: 
* Works alongside crew members extending amazing customer service and making beautiful sandwiches

* All facets of inventory management
* Promote and sustain positive sales growth

* Manage labor within budgeted parameters
* Maintain outstanding cleanliness standards

* Promote successful sales and marketing efforts with local communities
* Recruit, develop and coach friendly Team Members that deliver excellent guest service

Basic Job Requirements:
* 2+ years of restaurant management experience
* Understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Open work availability, including nights, weekends and some holidays.

* Possess a valid state driver's license
* Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance

* Must be able to pass criminal background check

Store managers are paid a base salary or hourly wage with incentive-based bonuses. In addition, they are provided with excellent benefits including:
