Staffmark is currently seeking an On-Site Manager for our new location in Aberdeen, Maryland.
This person will act as a liaison between our customer and Staffmark, and is responsible for management of the account ensuring that our customer receives the highest quality service using various reports, programs, and processes while supporting account financial and performance objectives. Works primarily at a customer's location.
Duties of the on-site supervisor will include but are not limited:
Maintain good customer relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.
Manage all daily account activity with regard to the on-site customer staffing needs; Ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hiring managers and all users of temporary staffing employees;
Development and execution of effective recruiting strategies that deliver the applicant flow required to be successful by maintaining an effective recruiting plan with a variety of resources.
Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper
