Description

The Fleet Analyst will have various responsibilities associated with our lease program, the overseeing of the decal process for the Fleet and various Fleet administrative duties. The ideal candidate will bring 5 or more years’ experience supporting a national fleet.
This individual must proactively team/partner with internal DPS resources that influence and help with execution of the Fleet plan and assist with budget management to maximize performance and return on investment. This person will report to the Fleet Asset Planning Manager.
This role is located Plano, TX with 10% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Fleet Asset Planning Manager with the lease process. This includes but is not limited to delivery execution.
  • Manage all additions to the Fleet (capital and lease).
  • Manage small fleet invoice process
  • Effectively manage the asset decal program by working with the Marketing team to ensure documentation is filled out in a timely manner.
  • Manage warranty program including, warranty submission and warranty recovery, through robust reporting using EAM and Freightliner warranty software program.
  • Support the asset disposal process by managing assets, coordinating with Auction companies, and ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Responsible for compliance related to Federal Highway Use tax, IFTA, IRP and HUT.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with all customers to include fleet managers, Divisional and Regional Sales and Operations leadership teams, Corporate fleet team, and manufacturers and fleet support vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 3 years of experience in Fleet Leasing OR, High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience in Fleet Leasing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or related studies in lieu of work experience.
  • 3 years’ experience using MS Office products like PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
