About this job


1. Audit our current Payroll system for compliance and best practices and report any findings. Implement changes and train HR Coordinator on changes.

2. Be the project lead on the "go live" of Stratus time for non-union employees. Be the first point of contact for questions from employees and managers and provide training if necessary.

3. Conduct an audit on our PTO accruals and ensure balances are current and up to date. Provide statements of such to the employees.

4. Be the project lead on our 401(k) conversion from a Payroll perspective - ensure transmittal of funds are done timely, train HR Coordinator on any procedure changes.
