IMMEDIATE HIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR GROWING COMPANY

Job Description:

  • Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound telecommunications
  • Primary duty is to collect past due balances for service provided by client
  • Conflict resolution and maintain high level of customer service
  • Heavy data entry and Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Qualifications:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Must be able to type 40 words per minute
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with conflict resolution and excellent Communication Skills

Schedule:

1st Shift Options:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

2nd Shift Options

Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm(one day off), Sat 9-5

*Part Time Night Shifts Available*

Compensation:

$12 Per Hour first shift

$12.50 Per Hour second Shift

Once you go perm after 90 days- You can make $13-$15 with commission per hour
