About this job
Our client is looking to hire individuals for a Maintenance Mechanic position.
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician.
Job Duties:
- High School Diploma
- Position requires considerable knowledge of the use and care of hand tools, company specific machinery, and equipment and pneumatic/hydraulic systems, CNC Machines and other machines.
- Must have own tools to perform the work needed.
- Must be able to Performs a wide variety of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Minimum five years experience as a journeyman level maintenance mechanic or millwright, preferably in a food plant environment.
- Overhaul experience is preferred
- Engine overhauls and tear downs of machinery.
- Must be able to perform electrical repair and maintenance duties in a facilities environment.
Must be able to utilize tools and have ability to read blueprint and schematics
