Aerotek is hiring for a large and quicky growing healthcare company in the Greenville, SC area.
Job Duties:
- Field between 80-120 inbound phone calls per day
- Receive customer information, verify eligibility, and schedule transportation to health care facility in which the customer has an appointment
- Goal is to be below 4 minute talk time
- Accurately enter data into the system to process the request
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to get along and relate to multiple types of personalities
Qualifications:
-Strong written and verbal skills
-Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm
