JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client is seeking 2 Call Center Reps to join their team for a program that they are starting up this summer. They have a call center/customer support center where these individuals will be working. They will making calls to clients/members of the organization to update their information in the client's database. Must be very good on the phone, very good with computers/databases, and have very good attention to detail to call, get the information, and document it in the system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center, retail, sales, or other customer service industries
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn and use an in-house database
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • High proficiency in Windows, Internet, and MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Solid customer service/phone experience (to call caregivers for both fraud checks and inmate relationship status assignments)
