Entry Level Customer Service Representative
Entry Level Customer Service Rep Job Description:
Our client is seeking customer service representatives to support a Medicare part D program supporting CVS Caremark. This program will require candidates to answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls to support perscriptionn medication orders.Candidates will handle between 75-100 calls per day, all inbound calls.
Entry Level Customer Service Rep Requirements:
- This position will require multi-tasking: handling calls while performing data entry and toggling between screens.
- Must have previous Customer Service experience
- Available to work any 8 hour shift between 5:00am-7:00pm
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
